At Corporate College Services, we design and deliver customized degree completion programs for corporations and their employees.
Through three regionally-accredited degree granting institutions, we offer “56 bachelor’s” and “master’s” level courses that will enable adults in your organization to finish (or begin) their college degrees and earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master of Science in Management (MSM). We also offer a graduate level Certificate in Human Performance Technology (HPT), which can be a stand-alone program or applied towards an MBA.
CCS offers employees coursework that will enable them to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Master of Science in Management, or other credit-worthy certificate study, which can be a stand-alone program or applied towards a degree.
Adult learners have multiple demands on their time and completing a degree may not be something they can consider at this point. To help assist employees to remain relevant in today’s business world, CCS can customize a certificate program with or without college credit for those employees looking to enhance workplace skills. Course topics include leadership, supervisory management, project management, business communications and accounting.
CCS programs were specifically designed for the working adult learner looking to expand career prospects. A CCS curriculum highlights the leadership connection and looks to enhance specific workplace skills: writing, presentation and critical thinking. Employees participating in our programs will be focused on completing research projects with many topics concentrating on your organization. The workplace is their learning laboratory. Classes follow the approved curricula of our partner colleges for each degree-granting program, and are generally held at your offices one evening a week for seven to eight weeks. The time to degree completion varies, and is dependent on the time each student can give to studying, as well as how many classes each student needs to take. Some students may be able to take more than one class at a time.
Our adjunct faculty members have at least a master’s degree in the subject matter they are engaged to teach, but also have extensive work experience in that field. We have found that students respond well to real-world, personal business examples in addition to textbook case studies. Many in our faculty have been with us since the beginning, but we always seek out new talent, as new coursework arises to mirror changes in the workplace and global business environment and therefore in the business curriculum.
